Causes that need your
urgent attention

Welcome to the Rod Lemon Foundation (RLF), established in 2014 to help at-risk kids in urban and low-income communities. Our goal is to inspire kids to recognize their potential and realize their dreams despite their social standings, economic challenges and community barriers. We build self-confidence and aid in transforming the life trajectories of children living in under-resourced, urban communities.

We provide youth development and mentoring programs with the objective to harness and inspire young men and women to recognize their potential and realize their dreams and become responsible citizens within their communities.
